• Replacement: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear proof (photos and order details).
• Refund: Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not possible. The refund will be processed and Credited within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging (if applicable).
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

• Products will be delivered within 3–4 working days.

• if the damaged and defective items are approved for a replacement it will be redelivered within 4-5 working days
